At current, we accept all Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Diners Credit Cards.
International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country.
Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer. Occasionally this may be listed as an additional postage fee. Unfortunately we have no control over such fees. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
All pentonvillain orders are advertised in Australian dollars (AUD). We provide a currency converter which is found in the payment page section of the website. The currency converting pop up box is designed to provide you with an ESTIMATE only of what the conversion from Australian dollars (AUD) to your local currency totals.
Our prices on the website DO NOT include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) when initially selecting the item. If your order is being sent to an international destination, you will not be charged Australian GST. If, however, the destination of the order is within Australia, the GST amount applicable to the order will be shown on the payment page and will be included in your order total at this point. This also applies for orders placed from outside of Australia but where the destination of the order is Australia.
